Girls On The Town
I put together a bachelorette party for Maia in record time!! and I have to say, I AM SO EXCITED!!! It was tricky, we both work today so we had to start the party after 9:15pm. But oh, I hope, that I have outdone myself. Maia doesn't even know how ready people are to celebrate with her. I am the DD and the photog so expect pictures :) We've got a scavenger list that includes asking a guy to write down his philosophy of marriage on a napkin and kissing a bald mans head. We've got a cake coming from Beckers Bakery, to die for. We're making a toast at work and then heading over to The Continental Room to see our areas most famous Elvis impersonator. He rocks! Then after everyone is sufficiently sloshed (except for me, I get to record the debauchery for all time muahahahahahah) we walk across the parking lot to The Tuscany for Karaoke!!! The best part? There's a marker in each girls bag and they have to ask for guys to write thier numbers on their body in marker (washable of course, some of us show a lot of skin at work). Whoever gets the most numbers gets a prize!!!
Oh, I can't wait to show you pictures! This is the first of a string of bachelorette parties I will be throwing so, I hope it turns out well AND I will be taking notes.
