Friday Morning

Yay, it's Friday! and after my previous blogging rant, I do feel better. I should never be allowed to blog before noon (though I am today..;) because I usually wake up feeling meloncholy but the feeling wanes throughout the morning and by afternoon, my true mood usually emerges. That is not to say the feelings aren't real, I just feel pretty dramatic when I wake up.

This weekend holds a few excitements! For one I have many shows still. I am happy when I can look ahead and see a steady stream of performing. Today I have the three Knott's shows and then "Anything Goes" at the dinner theater. And Brendon is coming to see the dinner theater show with his brother tonight. The cast has been asking where Brendon was the past two weeks - it's funny because they assume he comes everyweek (and he very nearly does...I am a lucky girl :). It's like they miss knowing he's in the audience! After the show we are going to Nieport 17, Jazz bar/restaurant thing. We had gone after the show on my birthday and the jazz singer sang me a song! Saturday Bren and I are going to Ikea in the morning. We love this kind of outing. Brendon is looking forward to the cinnemon rolls :) I love browsing the aisles (okay, I love the coffee too). I do have specifics to look for though - a big pot for Hydrangeas (a gift from Brendon) and curtains for Mel and my bedroom...people can see right in our window even with the blinds! While I am doing shows, Brendon will be trying out his new RC plane. Sunday we are going to Rock Harbor for the 9am service. I am stoked about this, it has been about 2 months since I attended a church service at all and I can't wait to worship with Bren (although I must say I miss watching him play worship too). I think Daryl will be attending with us...I hope he wears a blue shirt, he looks nice in blue shirts ;) (just teasing you Daryl). Then shows until 7:30 and perhaps a trip to the hot tub? What a weekend!
