Cuba Libre!
Just got home from Salsa dancing at Clarke Quay (which is pronounced "Key" funny enough!) and I have to say... there is nothing like salsa dancing to revive even the most lifeless sense of sexiness. The music, the men, the hips... I adore it. Every Wednesday night I go to Cuba Libre with a group of the dancers in the monster show, two Cuban men included who lead like, I don't know, Ricardo Montalban? well just amazing.
Funny that I'm in Singapore Salsa dancing...
I promise I'll get around to the more authentic singaporean experiences (which happen to really be Chinese, Indian or Malaysian really). As far as food goes I really like Yong Tau Fu and because of the Buddhist population here there's an abundance of vegetarian delights. But I don't know that Singapore has a dance form.
I'm looking forward to Chinese New Year. The largest and most active part of the population here is Chinese, at least of decent. And man is there soccer (futbol) galore, which pleases me quite a bit.
Okay going to bed now so I don't have bags for the photo shoot tomorrow. I'll post pictures of my adventures from the past three weeks soon.
Ciao for now!
