Gomez

So, rarely do I reccommend music because, I don't know very much about music except what I like. I can't really tell you why I like it, just that I do. Well, okay, I'm not crazy stupid, I know the difference between instruments, I hear the down beat..actually I can usually hear the bass better than the melody...but that's where my abilities end. Soo...with that disclaimer I'm going to reccomend you listen to Gomez album "How We Operate", the song that is titled the same as the album took me by suprise. This is a situation where I have a little pride about the fact that I picked out this song a little while ago, fell for it, loved it and THEN it got some recognition...HA! My taste every once in a while preceeds the general population. The first thing I noticed was the dramatic use of the banjo in "How We Operate". Really, listen to it. The other song on the album that I really liked, the SECOND time I listened to it is called "See the World". It's great. That's my reccommendation! It's a far cry from my Linkin' Park standby.
