My Life Outside of Casey
Sooo.....
I put up a Christmas tree!!
I am very lucky, Melanie helped me move in (aka, furnished my apartment!! that girl has style and class I've never seen before. She put together all the rooms in my apartment and decorated them out of her own pocket. I am a spoiled girl!) We are doing a 1940's Rosie the Riveter kitchen - yellow, red, blue, light green, melon....pin up girls on the fridge...et al. It's adorable. My bathroom is red black and brown with mirrored curtain hangers and candles. My living room/bedroom is taupe, greens and browns with black and white pictures and accents. I love it!
My little brother just moved from Ohio to Huntington Beach and girlfriend is about to follow suit. He found a great duplex on Main Street WOW! he's going to attend Golden West College on a football semi-scholarship.
and honestly, I adore this time of year. I am enjoying doing our Christmas show and I have Christmas music on all the time. Melanie, of course, bought me an evergreen scented candle and I just revel in the atmosphere everywhere I go. Next week when I have money again, I am going to make gingerbread houses!
