This is the apartment I live in right now. The Long Beach apartment. I fell in love with the purple trees here in California and having one in front of my home has made me happy. It's so beautifu!. It recalls a time when I moved in with Melanie to our first apartment and we had a huge tree like that outside our balcony. We would sleep out on the couches in the living room so the birds in that tree could wake us up...like Cinderella's :) Were we those girls? We were, and we watched Anne of Green Gables on KCET and too. That was pre Gilmore Girls. Ahhhh sweet days those were....
