And we're back!

I would like to post regularly on this blog. But alas, I have been up to other things. So here is another mass update...

I am working at Islands as a server, well, today was my first serving shift (that's right I worked myself up through the ranks of hostess, expo, takeout...blah blah blah). I am still at The Pirate Dinner Adventure picking up whatever shifts they will offer me. I am in a modern dance company called Gallimaufrey and Greene. We rehearse Tuedsay, Thursday and Saturday allowing me to dance for 3 - 4 hours 3 times a week! I love it. but I am just an apprentice right now, learning everyones parts but owning none. I am working out to build strength 3 times a week and cardio 5-7 times. I have also been called in to sub 3 ballet classes at OSCHA. I love teaching the highschool kids...love it!

I had a car fiasco. It's a long story that involves two weeks worth of battling with Ford for warranty coverage but I ended up with a new clutch and master clutch cylinder and picked my car up TODAY. oy vey. I hate life without my own wheels! Fortunately Melanie and Casey lent me thier cars frequently. The good part about that is that I actually got to see Melanie a few times!

Casey is the lighting designer and master electrician at Pirates...and he just made it as the lead pirate - Benjamin Blue! For each part there is a line of people who play that part. I am the fifth Princess in line and Casey is now the eighth Benjamin. His first show was last sunday...and I got to play his princess. Sounds silly, but it was really fun! We got a few pictures on a friends camera so I will post them as soon as I can.
